Smartphone brand Oppo has expanded the list of smartphones that will receive the ColorOS 11 update. The list now includes Oppo Find X2, F17 Pro, Reno4 Pro, Reno3 Pro, Reno10x Zoom, Reno2 F, Reno2 Z, Reno2, A52, F11, F11 Pro, F11 Pro Marvel's Avengers Limited Edition, A9, and F15.
These devices will start getting the update from May 26. However, the 3GB RAM variant of Oppo A5 2020 and A9 2020 will not support the upgrade of ColorOS 11 due to the low RAM storage.
Previously, ColorOS 11 beta update was announced for Oppo A53, A5 2020, A9 2020 and F17. The handsets were slated to receive the update from May 25.
ColorOS 11 is based on the Android 11 operating system. It brings customizable UI and newest features, including the much-awaited UI customization, three-finger translation, FlexDrop, private system and more.
Meanwhile, the smartphone company has also announced home delivery of Oppo products. Using the service, interested buyers can buy a new Oppo phone with a simple text on WhatsApp. They can send the name of the state along with Pincode on +91-9871502777. Users will receive a call back from the nearest retail stores. The initiative is part of Oppo’s effort to reduce footfall during the lockdown, by enabling users to reach out to offline retailers via an online solution.
Oppo has also extended repair warranty of all of its products until June 30, 2021. It is applicable on Oppo products whose warranty expires during the lockdown period.
